How You Can Participate

  • Pay the entry free of $20
  • Support the Karaoke Competition as an audience member
  • Cheer loud for your favorite Karaoke performers 🎢


Register to Sing!

  • Sign up in advance by emailing scastillo@crosministries.org or sign up at the venue on the day of the competition.
  • Provide your name, contact info, and your first song choice (karaoke track must be available).


Performance Rules

Each competitor sings one song in Round One.

If you advance, you’ll sing again in the Semi-Finals and possibly the Final Round.

Time limit: songs should be under 5 minutes.

Solo performances are only allowed (no duets, trios, or more)

Tips for Competitors

Pick a song you love and feel comfortable performing.

Bring the energy — costumes, props, or dance moves are encouraged!

Invite friends/family to cheer and donate for you (they can swing the votes!).

Remember: this is about fun and fundraising, not perfection.

Winning tickets will be drawn by an event emcee or host at the advertised time and location. Prizes will be awarded at that time. Prizes for this drawing are four gift baskets valued at not more than $50. Raffle entrants should write their phone number on the back of tickets deposited in boxes.

Proceeds from the event will fund the programs of CROS Ministries. The entry fee for the event is $20 per person which includes pizza, soft beverage, and 1 raffle ticket. Cash bar available.


Event prizes, raffle baskets, and items contained therein, are donated by the event host, event sponsors, and volunteers. The prize items are not purchased with funds donated to CROS Ministries.


Donations to CROS Ministries are voluntary and not a requirement for any event activity. No entry fee or donation is required to participate in the raffle drawing.
