Register to Sing!
- Sign up in advance by emailing scastillo@crosministries.org or sign up at the venue on the day of the competition. Doors open at 5:00 pm.
- Provide your name, contact info, and your first song choice (karaoke track must be available).
- Pay the entry fee ($20 per singer suggested donation, includes one beverage)
Performance Rules
Each competitor sings one song in Round One.
If you advance, you’ll sing again in the Semi-Finals and possibly the Final Round.
Time limit: songs should be under 5 minutes.
Solo performances are only allowed (no duets, trios, or more)

🎭 Stage presence & energy
👏 Audience engagement
Audience members and performers can “vote” with their donations — $1 = 1 vote.
The combination of judges’ scores and audience votes determines who advances.
Prizes & Recognition
🏆 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place winners announced.
🎤 Crowd Favorite based on audience donations.
Tips for Competitors
Pick a song you love and feel comfortable performing.
Bring the energy — costumes, props, or dance moves are encouraged!
Invite friends/family to cheer and donate for you (they can swing the votes!).
Remember: this is about fun and fundraising, not perfection.

5:30 PM – Welcome & Kickoff
o Emcee introduction & sponsor shout-outs

5:40–6:20 PM – Round One
o All contestants perform their first songs 🎤
o Judges give quick feedback
o Audience voting open ($1 = 1 vote)
6:20–6:30 PM – Intermission
o Refreshments & raffle ticket sales 🎟️
o Last chance to vote for Round One
6:30–6:55 PM – Semi-Finals
o Top contestants perform again
o Judges + audience decide finalists
6:55–7:10 PM – Fundraising Fun!
o Raffle drawings 🎁
o Donation challenge
7:10–7:25 PM – The Final Round
o Finalists sing their last songs
o Final audience voting push 🎤
7:25–7:30 PM – Awards & Closing
o 🏆 Winners announced (1st, 2nd, 3rd place)
o 🎤 Crowd Favorite (audience votes)
