CROS Camp is a nine-week summer day camp program for children, who have completed kindergarten and just finished 8th grade, living in Title I zip codes (neighborhoods receiving federal funding for schools where at least 40% of the students are from families with low incomes) in Lake Worth. Our camp program promotes school readiness, ensuring proper nutrition, and guaranteeing a safe nurturing place for campers to call “home” during the day. CROS Campers receive lunch, and snacks daily from Palm Beach County’s Summer BreakSpot program and breakfast as needed. Camp activities include: laying the foundation of Christian values, on-site or off-site field trips, academics, music, sports, arts and crafts.
