HAITIAN OUTREACH

C.R.O.S. and St John United Methodist Haitian Mission C.R.O.S. Ministries reaches out to the Haitian community of Palm Beach County with St. John United Methodist Haitian Mission at 3215 N. Seacrest Blvd in Boynton Beach, Florida.

On a daily basis people are assisted with translation, transportation, immigration, food, referrals for school, health care, and jobs. Each summer a six week day camp is held daily at St. John’s Mission. Forty children attend the day camp where they do Bible study, recreation, arts and crafts, lunch, learn about drug prevention, and develop skills in other particular areas. During the holidays, Christmas gifts are provided for Haitian children (153 in 1999).
