Camps and Children's Ministries

Camp Registration begins April 15, 2012.
	Summer camp opportunities are offered to children from families with low incomes throughout Palm Beach County. CROS CAMPS give children a safe and nurturing environment where they learn about God's love. Donations for camp scholarships fund these programs.     CROS offers three camp opportunities and works with local congregations to create after school programs. Summer Day Camp
	Summer day camps are held Monday through Friday for children grades K through 5th. Arts and crafts, singing, bible stories, recreation, field trips, educational speakers, lunch and snack are all a part of the day camp program. Individual and group volunteers are needed every day at each day camp site (Lake Worth, Delray Beach, Belle Glade). Day Camp Loctions and Hours of Operation

Camp Outreach
	Camp Outreach is a one-week residential camp in Clewiston for children ages nine to eleven. Children enjoy many camping experiences, which include swimming, crafts, bible study, outdoor games, praise time and more. Volunteers are needed to share God's love in a variety of ways, including providing transportation to and from camp, leading arts and crafts, being a counselor, or just spending the week and making new friends. Camp LaBelle
	Scholarships are provided for youth ages twelve to eighteen to Riverside Retreat Center in LaBelle for a week of recreation, arts and crafts, bible study, and fellowship. Volunteers are needed to help transport children to and from the camp. Volunteers are also needed to represent our campers. **Please note that parents should not bring campers to camp unless they have received a confirmation letter.**
